Mr Subra is the Director of Studies at ITC School of Laws . He is a graduate of the University of London and a Barrister at Law called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1996. He then practised in Singapore as an Advocate & Solicitor. His areas of expertise are in Public Law, Jurisprudence & Legal Theory, Evidence and Company Law.
